Protestants what biblical evidence do you have?

Jesus said,"Do this in {Remembrance} of me.There is nothing in scripture that suggests the elements, the { Bread and the Wine } will actually turn into the Body and the Blood. It also doesn't state anywhere that the Priest 'only' is to receive the Wine and not the congregation. That's a little twist that the Pope put on it. No, I think that the Bread and the Wine {Juice} are to "represent" the Body and the Blood shed for you and me as Jesus said. Matthew 26:26-29
